Before your appointment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before
- Stop fish oil and ibuprofen 3 days before if you can
- Come without make-up on the treatment area
After your appointment
- Stay upright for 4 hours
- No gym, sauna or facials for 24 hours
- Do not rub or massage the area
