These terms apply to this website and to appointments booked through it with Venus Aesthetics & Laser, 146 Burton Road, Derby DE1 1TN, United Kingdom. By requesting an appointment you agree to them.
Booking requests
An appointment requested on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm every request by phone, WhatsApp or SMS, normally within one working day. Until you hear from us the time is not guaranteed. We may decline a request, for example where a treatment is not suitable or the time is no longer available.
Consultations and suitability
Many treatments begin with a consultation, and we decide at the consultation whether a treatment is suitable for you. We may decline to treat where we believe it is not in your interest. Injectable treatments are not available to anyone under 18, and we will ask for proof of age. You must give accurate information about your health, medication and previous treatments — our advice depends on it.
Prices
Prices on this website are starting prices and include VAT where it applies. Where a treatment is priced by area or size, the exact price is confirmed at consultation before anything is booked. The consultation fee is deducted from your first treatment if you go ahead. Prices may change; the price confirmed to you for a booked appointment will be honoured.
Products
Products shown on this website are ordered by message and collected from the clinic; nothing is sold or paid for online. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
